How to Use 0.75mm Derma Roller ?
Soak the derma-roller in a disinfectant for 15 minutes.
Take the makeup off your face and neck.
Wash your face and neck with antibacterial lotion and pat dry.
Start rolling over the desired area horizontally and move around the area 4-5 times. Repeat the same movement 4-5 times vertically and diagonally. Do not press hard just slide.
Immerse it for 5 minutes in a disinfectant after each use.
Leave it in a clean open place to dry.
Gently place it into the box making sure you do not harm the needles. Please be sure the tool is dry before putting it back in the box.
For best result, apply fat solution of vitamin c, collagen or hyaluronic acid cream, essential oil or your preferred facial cosmetics.

2. Replacement Request Guidelines
Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 Hours (2 days) of your delivery date to request a replacement.

- Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos as evidence of the defect or error along with unboxing video without any cut or retake(must).
- Customers may need to sent the product back to our warehouse address, address will be provided along with the case id after replacement approval.
- Approval Process: Once your request is verified and damaged product's return courier slip/label is shared to us, we will process a replacement at no additional cost to you.
3. What Is Not Covered**
- Late Requests: Requests made after 2 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement.
- Electronic products are not covered under replacement policy.
- Non-qualifying Issues: Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this policy.
